In the PawsConnect app

Business staff: use More → Settings or contact your shop owner for day-to-day booking questions.

Common topics

  • Bookings & visits — reschedule or cancel from your booking details in the app, or message the business directly.
  • Payments & deposits — charges are processed securely through Stripe. For receipt or refund questions, include your booking date and business name in your email.
  • Business accounts — shop owners and managers can sign in at business.pawsconnectapp.com. For onboarding help, email us with your business name.
  • Privacy & data — see our Privacy Policy or email us to request account deletion.
